Return Policy

You can return/exchange the product within 15 days of delivery if the following criteria are met. Hair Extensions The hair has not been worn, damaged, altered, or removed from the original band. How to Return a Product

2. Once your return is approved and we have received the product, we will:

1. For returns, credit your account used for the original payment minus a 10% restocking fee.

2. For exchanges, Plush Elite will ship out the replacement product.

3. Plush Elite is not responsible for the shipping for returns or exchanges.
